I'm much better today - my spine alignment is starting to stay in place on it's own. Yay! Dr. Butters said my measurements looked much closer to normal today. My right shoulder still hurts but nothing like a week ago. I also have an appointment with a acupuncturist Dr. Amy Chen next week. If it will make my pain go away without taking pills I'm all for it. Kyle Kyllan from the DMD fund recommended it. He swears by the change it caused in his back pain so hopefully I too will regain full movement and get rid of the pain pills. Thank you for the info everyone, I really appreciate your feedback. :)

I used acupuncture for a number of years and found it did wonders for me. Of course, I was dating the acupuncturist so treatment was free and frequent, which was great. I have considered visitng an acupuncturist again lately for help with my knees and fatigue. If you find a good one, lemme know!

hey, good luck with the acupuncture. i've been going for almost two months and i'm starting to feel better (i apparently have some weird digestion problems or something), but my dr. is all mad at me for having my gall bladder taken out two years ago, said it messed up my internal harmony or something…anyway, hope it works for your pain!

I've been seeing Dr. Chen for about 4 months. She is a life saver. Fixed my broken gut. You will like the classical music with birds singing in the background. Very relaxing.
